Ingredients
Mixed fish
Potatoes
Onions
Celery
Other Veg to taste
Vegetable and fish stock cubes
Dill
Salt and pepper
Fresh bread to serve
Preparation
Step 1
Boil water and add fish, let cook a couple of minutes, and then add stock, and Lemon
Step 2
Add your veg and generous helping of salt and seasonings.
Step 3
Leave to simmer gently for around 20-30 mins
Step 4
Serve with warm fresh bread.
